Sefa Cleaning - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sefa Cleaning! By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Sefa Cleaning offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

- Standard recurring cleaning

- Deep cleaning

- Move-in/move-out cleaning

- Post-construction cleanup

- Office and retail space cleaning

Specific service scope is outlined at the time of booking and may vary based on customer needs and the

condition of the property

2. Booking and Scheduling

- Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, website, or email.

- All bookings are subject to availability.

- Sefa Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as

staff illness or weather emergencies

3. Pricing and Payment

- Prices are based on the size and condition of the property, the type of service, and frequency.

- Quotes provided before service may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs upon arrival.

- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

- Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

- No-shows or failure to provide access to the property will also be charged the cancellation fee.

5. Refund and Satisfaction Guarantee

- If you're not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area of concern at no additional cost.

- Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We strive for satisfaction and will

do everything reasonable to resolve your concerns.

- Refunds will not be issued if we are denied the opportunity to correct the issue.

6. Customer Responsibilities

- Please ensure that the space is accessible, with running water and electricity.

- Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or sentimental items prior to cleaning.

- Inform us of any special instructions, allergies, or surfaces that require specific cleaning products.

7. Liability and Damages

- Sefa Cleaning is fully insured. If any damage is caused due to negligence by our staff, we will take

appropriate steps to repair or compensate.

- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, wear-and-tear, improperly installed fixtures, or unstable

surfaces.

- We are not liable for damages caused by the use of customer-supplied products or equipment.

8. Pets and Children

- Please secure pets and supervise children during cleaning to ensure their safety and ours.

- We will do our best to accommodate pet-friendly cleaning upon request.

9. Health and Safety

- For health and safety reasons, we will not clean areas with biohazard waste, mold, infestations, or

hazardous conditions.

- Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

10. Privacy and Security

- We respect your privacy. All customer information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for service

delivery and communication.

- We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

Sefa Cleaning reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on

our website and effective immediately upon posting.
